People smoke every instant they get a chance to. Because of the nicotine that is placed in cigarettes, trying it once can cause you to become addicted. When you are that addicted it is extremely hard to quit, since you feel like you need cigarettes to survive.

Is this attractive at all to you? Why do you want something so gross-looking like that in your body? Not only are you hurting yourself by smoking, but you are also affecting those that are around you when you smoke. Second hand smoke has more than 4,000 chemicals in it which increase the risk of heart diseases, and of course cancer.

Statistics show that about 9 out of 10 tobacco users began smoking before they were 18. They have had this terrible addiction for years, and it has completely taking over their lives.
